Columbia Valley Community Health (CVCH) is growing! CVCH is a dynamic, progressive community health center with locations in Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, and Chelan. We have an excellent opportunity for a part-time Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant-Certified at our Wenatchee location.
The CVCH Population Health Department leverages data-driven strategies to identify patient populations experiencing health disparities and provides both direct and indirect care aimed at improving health outcomes.
The Population Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Certified (Advanced Practice Provider-APP) plays a key role in supporting CVCH’s Medicare patient population by conducting comprehensive Annual Wellness Visits (AWV).

Position Requirements:
- Education: Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program or Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant Program, Certification as a Physician Assistant.
- Certification/Licensure: A valid license to practice as an ARNP with Evidence of Prescriptive Authority in the State of Washington OR PA-C in Washington State or eligible to obtain licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS) required. ACLS or ATLS may be used to substitute for BLS. All Providers must be eligible for enrollment in Medicare and must not be currently opted out of the Medicare program
- Experience: Three (3) years of experience working in a community health center or managed care environment, preferred.
- Experience in delivering services to medically underserved populations and experience in Primary Care, Geriatrics, and conducting Medicare Annual Wellness Visits desired.
