Valley View Health Center is one of the fastest growing Community Health Centers in SW Washington. We are currently seeking a Full-time, Experienced Primary Care Provider (ARNP/PA-C) with a “strong interest in caring for the underserved in a rural setting” in Centralia, WA.

Must have active WA State Department of Health license and DEA.
