This position establishes and implements effective Compliance program to ensure that (1) behavior in the organization meets ICHS Code of Conduct; (2) ICHS is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and rules of regulatory and funding agencies; and (3) ICHS policies and procedures are being followed. This position serves as the ICHS Compliance and Privacy Officer. This position educates, trains, advises and/or guides Board members, leaders, staffs, contractors and volunteers as needed.  This position regularly monitors and audits ICHS performance across ICHS compliance objectives while working closely with management to achieve the highest levels of performance.


Pay Range: $51.50 - $75.40

Education - Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience - Eight years’ experience in a leadership role in at least three of the following areas: risk management, compliance, patient safety, care management, or credentialing.
