Family Practice Physician

Valley View Health Center is one of the fastest growing Community Health Centers in SW Washington. We are currently seeking a Full-time, Board Certified/Eligible Family Physician to join our team in a well-established family practice located in Onalaska, WA. Must have active WA State license and DEA.

The practice location is a full-service primary care practice including pediatrics through geriatrics. Provider must have ability to work collaboratively with other licensed professionals (ARNP, PA-C, RN, behavioral health therapist).

Valley View Health Center offers employees (and their families) medical, dental and vision insurance as well as Voluntary Life and AD&D, Voluntary Long-Term Disability, Voluntary Accident and Critical Illness. Employees accrue PTO at a rate of 128 hours per year and are paid eight holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Providers also receive: 40 hours of CE time off and receive CE reimbursement of $2,250 per contract year (Provider will get reimbursed $75 per credit up to 30 credits per contract year), Paid Licenses and Dues reimbursement for one Association up to $750. (All benefits pro-rated by FTE)
