Medical Provider (ARNP/PA-C)

Valley View Community Health Center is currently seeking a full-time medical provider for our well-established family practice clinic located in Onalaska, WA. Come join one of the fastest growing Community Health Centers in SW Washington!

Must have active WA State license, full DEA prescribing authority, and BLS Certification.

SCHEDULE: Monday - Thursday, 7:30AM - 6:00 PM.

Valley View Health Center offers employees (and their families) medical, dental and vision insurance as well as Voluntary Life and AD&D, Voluntary Long-Term Disability, Voluntary Accident and Critical Illness. Employees accrue PTO at a rate of 128 hours per year and are paid eight holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Providers also receive: 40 hours of CE time off and receive CE reimbursement of $2,250 per contract year (Provider will get reimbursed $75 per credit up to 30 credits per contract year), Paid Licenses and Dues reimbursement for one Association up to $750. (All benefits pro-rated by FTE)
