Job Summary
We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) team, providing essential medical services under the supervision of the PACE Medical Director.
In this role, you will deliver primary care and continuous medical coverage to elderly participants, ensuring they receive compassionate, high-quality treatment tailored to their needs. With care coordination assistance, this position allows for a more holistic approach to patient care, enabling you to spend more meaningful time with each patient. As a vital member of the Interdisciplinary Team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support and enhance the well-being of those you serve.
This position is a member of the Interdisciplinary Team, pursuant to 42 CFR §§ 460.102(b) and (d) and meets applicable state licensure requirements to represent the Primary Care Physician role.
Education - Graduate of an accredited medical school and completed a US residency accredited program.
Experience - Minimum of 1 year working with the frail or elderly populations preferred.
Other Requirement(s) - Licensed to practice medicine in Washington State, including full prescriptive authority. State DEA registration. Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Board-certified in Geriatrics preferred.
