Well Life Medicine, a thriving independently owned primary care and mental health clinic in Salem, Oregon, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our growing, multidisciplinary care team. 💼 What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence-based, relationship-centered care to patients across the lifespan (adults only is okay if you prefer)
• We typically offer 30 minute appointments, but this is flexible depending on your preference.
• Perform well visits, chronic disease management, PAPs, well-child checks, and basic in-office procedures
• Deliver urgent care and same-day visits within your panel
• Collaborate closely with behavioral health staff and psychiatric providers
• Use Athena EHR and Freed AI for efficient documentation and accurate coding
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Optional: Mentor PAs, NPs, or residents, develop new programs for our patients (non-controlled med dispensing, diabetic eye exam oversight, at-home sleep studies), or anything else you're interested in!

• MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Licensed or eligible for Oregon licensure within 90 days
• Passion for integrative, patient-centered care
• Interest in collaborative care, teaching, or leadership (optional)
• Strong communication and EMR skills

• Full-time (32-40 hours per week) preferred, but open to part-time
• 4x10 or 5x8 schedule options (or 4x8)
• Hybrid model: up to 40% telehealth available.
• Monday–Friday or can work M-Th or Tu-Fr, no weekends or inpatient work
• Flexible start date—align with residency graduation if needed
