What You’ll Do

• Deliver team-based primary care integrated with behavioral health
• Partner with psychiatric providers and care teams to improve outcomes
• Lead care at a health center while supporting other community sites
• Provide Medication Supported Recovery (Suboxone) and medication management
• Help design and continuously improve our pioneering integrated care model

What You Bring

• MD/DO with active state license and DEA
• 3+ years of primary care experience
