We’re looking for a mission-driven Dentist (DDS or DMD) to join our collaborative team and provide full-scope dental care in a relationship-based model. If you’re passionate about health equity and want to work in a supportive, inclusive environment, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver high-quality dental care to patients of all backgrounds
  • Diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and malformations
  • Perform exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and more
  • Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
  • Supervise dental staff and contribute to a culture of safety and compliance
  • Participate in quality improvement, team meetings, and strategic planning
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards

What You Bring
  • DDS or DMD with a valid Oregon dental license
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to culturally responsive care and patient dignity
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in FQHC or underserved settings preferred
