What You’ll Do
Deliver direct patient care including preventive services, diagnosis, treatment, and (if applicable) inpatient care
Conduct comprehensive exams and screenings for health maintenance
Document clinical observations and maintain timely, accurate medical records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and chart reviews
Serve as a preceptor for providers in training
Provide call coverage and inpatient care as required
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and clinic safety standards
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet the diverse health and social needs of our patients
As a Family Medicine Physician, you’ll play a vital role in advancing our mission of equitable, community-based care—bringing both clinical expertise and compassionate leadership to our team
What You Bring
Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
Graduation from an accredited medical school
Current Oregon medical license, DEA registration, and CPR certification
Experience in community health centers or underserved settings preferred
Strong understanding of FQHC operations, compliance, and clinical protocols
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based setting
Commitment to confidentiality and culturally responsive care
Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends
