We’re seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to provide full-scope primary care in a relationship-based model. If you’re passionate about health equity and want to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver direct patient care including preventive services, diagnosis, treatment, and (if applicable) inpatient care
- Conduct comprehensive exams and screenings for health maintenance
- Document clinical observations and maintain timely, accurate medical records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and chart reviews
- Serve as a preceptor for providers in training
- Provide call coverage and inpatient care as required
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and clinic safety standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet the diverse health and social needs of our patients
- As a Family Medicine Physician, you’ll play a vital role in advancing our mission of equitable, community-based care—bringing both clinical expertise and compassionate leadership to our team
What You Bring
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
- Graduation from an accredited medical school
- Current Oregon medical license, DEA registration, and CPR certification
- Experience in community health centers or underserved settings preferred
- Strong understanding of FQHC operations, compliance, and clinical protocols
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based setting
- Commitment to confidentiality and culturally responsive care
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends
